THE MACHINE: WAVE CANNON
Dutch band The Machine put out this gem in early May, and I'm just finding it now.
The Machine are very unique, but I'll give it a try and suggest that this is what Jimi Hendrix might have sounded like if he grew up listening to a lot of Kyuss and Seattle grunge.
Self-described as "Doused in space, soaking in riffs. Pop songs disguised in fuzzy feedback."
They were friendly with defunct Dutch band Sungrazer, and there are definitely some musical commonalities between the two bands.
Anyhow, this is essential listening for all lovers of heavy fuzz.
