Ripple Music Launches A New Series of Splits

The first edition of Turned To Stone features Mr. Bison and Spacetrucker, two bands I was unfamiliar with but now have delved into their prior releases.  This is great rock, and I can see why Ripple has chosen these two bands to initiate this new series, which replaces their "Second Coming Of Heavy" series of splits.  

First, check out "The Stranger" by Cecina, Italy's Mr. Bison:

Now here's "Distant Earth" by St. Louis' Spacetrucker, who seem to be masters of engaging intros:

Rob Wagoner- bass/vocals

This album has made me reminisce about all the great split albums I have enjoyed over the years.  I'm thinking about posting some of my favorite splits next weekend.
