This is a must listen for anyone who is a Chino Moreno(Deftones, Team Sleep, Crosses, PSALMS) fan. I can't believe it took me this long to finally hear this since I was following this project so closely. Amazing stuff!
Just checking out this track, if you were not already convinced that this is going to be a different Lamb of God album, this should do it for ya. This is by far the most dynamic Lamb of God track I've ever heard. I'm a Lamb of God and Deftones fan and this is exactly what I wanted to hear. The atmosphere that Chino's vocals add to the song is amazing. The band's instrumentation compliments his vocals and really showcases how well rounded all the players in the band can be. This isn't about Chino trying to fit the Lamb of God signature nor is this about Lamb of God toning anything down. This is about a band taking chances and pushing the boundaries of what fans can expect. So far I've enjoyed the journey.
