If you count before he was famous, Zakk Wylde has been bestowing authentic, aggressive hard rock shred-fests on the world for 40 years now. Listen to this and you'll see he has lost none of his love and passion for heavy music.
I really appreciate the effort that went into this song and video. This would have fit in nicely during the heyday of MTV rock videos, although it would have never survived the censors, with severed penises, spurting arteries and beating heart extractions.
I've seen Zakk live multiple times, both with Ozzy and with BLS, and everything people say is true. Zakk sets the tone and commands the room.
BTW, how is it even possible that Pearl Jam is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Zakk Wylde isn't? Just sayin'
