Fired Singer of Original Queensryche Lineup Flips his Wig....

 A Friday Editorial by Grownman
Anyone that knows me and has read the first entries into this blog when it started realizes that I really can't stand the former frontman of Queensryche, Geoff Tate. After all the accusations about his mistreatment of his former bandmates and questionable business tactics, I really couldn't care less about any new projects he may be tossing at the wall these days. His own release under the banner of Queensryche was laughable. He continues to butcher the legacy of the band and has diminished the reputation of his former bandmates who also tour and record as Queensryche. With an impending settlement hanging in the balance over who rightfully owns the rights of the band's name, Tate has found fools gold in bad ideas. From the release of F.U. where he couldn't hold a band of formerly great vets together long enough to complete a tour without scrambling for a few unknowns to now surrounding himself with a vaudeville act doing old 60's standards, he's on a fast tract to obscurity. Sooner than later, I hope.
